so, it's been a while... and a ton has changed since my last post. i'll start with the moldy apartment. we were looking for a house and the day after i posted my last blog, we saw the one that has become our home. we moved in to a little 2 bedroom ranch house on sept 24th. it's got a fenced in back yard, a garage, plenty of storage downstairs and an attic. we put carpeting in upstairs (it was hardwood). it's just the perfect little house.
about a month later (Nov.1) we found out that we're going to fill up this little house very quickly. November 1st we found out that we're having TWINS! of course, here it is April 20th and we're nearing the end of this pregnancy already, but better late than never (on the blogging), right? so, we're having a boy and a girl :) i've been doing alright carrying them. my doctors have been impressed with how well it is all going, even. i was sure i'd be on bedrest long before now, but even now they are not talking about it yet. we've had 12 ultrasounds to this point (and another one scheduled for tomorrow), and i see the high risk doctors every other week. crazy, but good.
it's been a lot of getting used to, and the stress levels soar sometimes, but Dan and i both just continue to pray for God's grace. after all, he is the one who gave us TWO, anyway.
i'm not going to promise to keep this updated, as who knows what is going to happen in the near future, but i'll try... :)
